Trapping Education

Trapping is highly regulated and the rules are enforced by Fish and Wildlife agencies. Regulations maximize the benefits of trapping as a means to manage wildlife.

The professional wildlife conservation community universally endorses traps and trapping as critical and essential wildlife management tools. Trapping can be used to eradicate invasive species, protect endangered species, mitigate human-wildlife conflict, and help maintain a balanced ecosystem

Trappers have a vested interest in protecting the natural environment and are knowledgeable of species' behavior. This allows them to set traps in a way that targets their desired species
